More times than I can remember my brother will wake up and ask me to make him breakfast. Typically the answer is yes, yet he still says he won’t miss me when I leave for school (will see who makes him pancakes & egg sandwiches in the morning once I leave). Over the years we have worked out a sweet little deal; I make breakfast if he cleans it up. The other day he and my neighbor came in and asked if I would make them choc. chip pancakes. Lucky for them I hadn’t eaten yet… so I told them they had to get out ALL the ingredients and clean up ALL the dishes if they wanted me to make them, the boys gladly agreed to the deal. I wonder when they will realize they got the short end of the stick?
