Homemade Polka Dot Wrapping Paper

I love giving gifts to people .. even if they are just homemade rice krispy treats. Leaving the gym the other day I decided to stop in the Paper Store across the street to see if they had any fun cards because I love stocking up on cards for any and all occasions. Snail mail is my favorite form of communication and I feel it’s important to not forget the lost art of a simple hand written note that requires a stamp and a mailbox (especially this day in age). Unfortunately, no cards caught my eye but a little somethin’ something’ for my sister did. When I got home I asked my grandma for wrapping paper but, when she showed me the bin nothing was pleasing to my eye so I decided that I was going to make my own. I purchased a roll of brown paper from the local craft store and rummaged through our craft cabinet for glitter, glue and stickers. It was super easy as well as cheap to make the paper picture and it adds personality and character to any package big or little!
