Ingredients
2 cups of Nomato Sauce
1 tbs Chipotle Powder
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 butternut squash sliced thin
1 can No Salt Added Black Beans

Ingredients

The Chicken
1. Rinse and dry the chicken breasts well, then season each generously with pepper and the additional spices.
2. Heat olive oil in a saucepan and sear the chicken breast on medium heat on each side for 6-8 minutes until brown.
3. Turn down the heat and add the Nomato Sauce & 1 cup of water and let simmer until the thermometer reads 165 degrees.
4. Remove the chicken and shred.
5. Place shredded chicken back in the sauce and keep heat on low.
The Squash
Bring water to a boil and blanch the squash slices. Usually 2-3 mins. You can tell if they are ready if a fork can easy slide through them.
