1/3 cup gluten free rolled oats

3 egg whites

1 whole egg

1/4 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp cinnamon

*protein style - add 1 scoop of protein*

These pancakes are my absolute favorite. Whenever I am craving this indulgent morning breakfast, but don't want to fall off track, I make a stack of these "clean "cakes" and they kick the craving. I usually top with fresh berries and little organic date syrup or regular syrup.


Place rolled oats in a blender or food processor to

create Oat Flour — (I used my mini prep)

Slowly add in the rest of the ingredients and pulse.

Let batter sit for 20 minutes before making pancakes, it will thicken up.

Cook on low heat. Low and Slow until golden brown.
